  1. We hope you'll be completely happy with your Emerson Road purchase, but we'll gladly accept returns on all items, with the exception of those marked Final Sale, within 30 days of purchase.
    • Goods must be received unworn and in original condition with tags attached.
    • We encourage you to inspect your order as soon as your package arrives to ensure everything is in good condition.
    • We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way
    • We will not accept items marked FINAL SALE.
    • We cannot refund original priority shipping charges.
    • We are unable to offer exchanges at this time.
