    • We try to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we are unable to edit or cancel orders. Please email customerservice@emersonroadnyc.com and we will do our best to assist you.
  6. Which forms of payment do you accept?
    • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Apple Pay.
  7. Do you charge sales tax?
    • By law, we are required to collect sales tax on behalf of states where we have a physical presence. Sales tax will be calculated during checkout and collected based on the shipping address.
  8. Can you gift-wrap my order?
    • Unfortunately, we do not offer gift wrapping at this time.
