- Can I change or cancel my order?
- We try to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we are unable to edit or cancel orders. Please email customerservice@emersonroadnyc.com and we will do our best to assist you.

- Do you charge sales tax?
- By law, we are required to collect sales tax on behalf of states where we have a physical presence. Sales tax will be calculated during checkout and collected based on the shipping address.
